Graduated from St. Petersburg State Maritime Technical University (1996), qualification - Engineer-economist with specialization in Economics and Management at the Machine Building Enterprise, graduated from the Institute of Economics of the Karelian science Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences (2001). She defended her thesis on "Program management of mineral resources development on the basis of harmonization of interests of economic entities in the region" (IPRE RAS, St. Petersburg, 2006). On the specialty of associate professor, 08.00.05. "Economy and management of a national economy" (2011). She worked at the Institute of Economics of the Karelian Research Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences (1997-2012) in various positions: economist of 1 category, junior researcher, senior researcher, academic secretary. Since 2012 she has been working at the RAS IPR.

She is a laureate of the contest Laureate of the competition of scientific and research works on economic and social topics devoted to the 60th anniversary of the Karelian Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences in the nomination "Scientific article in regional and local publications" for the work "Regional Policy of the Republic of Karelia: Economic and Administrative Barriers" (2006). The Executive Secretary of the Economic Herald journal of the UN Economic Section (2013-2014), the Scientific Secretary of the Expert Commission of the Russian Academy of Sciences on the evaluation of scientific projects of young scientists of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the scientific works of young scientists and students of higher educational institutions in the field of economics (since 2016). 70 scientific publications in domestic and foreign publications.

She has experience teaching (1999-2015) - lecturing, conducting seminars and trainings on disciplines of the economic block in higher educational institutions of Petrozavodsk, St. Petersburg, Moscow; management of preparation of competitive works for the All-Russian scientific conference of young researchers "Step into the future" (2005, 2006).

During the period of her work activity she raised her qualification and has a certificate according to the following programs: "Management", "Marketing audit in an enterprise" or "Modern marketing technologies in corporate management and planning", "Cleaner Production" (International Certificate of Professional Development Certificate (PDC) in Environmental Management and Cleaner Production in Industry), etc.

Socio-economic problems of formation and development of a single information space, development of directions and stimulating mechanisms of technological modernization, innovative and technological development of industries, modeling and forecasting of regional development.
