He graduated with honors from the Belgorod state University in the direction of "Management" (2009), master's degree from the University, which received the status of national research University (NRU "BelSU"), in the direction of "Management "(specialization "Marketing"), and defended his master's thesis with honors (2011). After completing his master's degree, he entered the postgraduate program At the Institute of management of the national research university NRU "BelSU". Participated in the research (the project "development of a model of foreign economic activity of Russian regions with the use of the new economic geography" (grant BSU, 2013) to identify dependencies of regional development in the context of globalization and in the development of adaptive model parametric estimation of the socio-economic differentiation of Russian regions. He defended his thesis (2015) "Assessment of the impact of globalization factors on the economic inequality of Russian regions" for the degree of candidate of economic Sciences in the specialty 08.00.05 ? Economics and management of national economy (regional economy). He was engaged in research and teaching activities at NRU "BelSU" as an assistant of the Department of "Management organization" (2012-2015) and a senior teacher of the Department of management and marketing (2015-2017). Conducted consulting and research work as a senior Manager of GRINN Corporation, Moscow. Belgorod (2017-2018). Currently is a senior fellow at the Ypres Academy of Sciences, and Professor of communication studies, advertising and public relations of the faculty of journalism of BSU (2018-present), assistant Professor of management, faculty of Economics, State academic University of humanitarian Sciences, Central Economics and mathematics Institute Russian Academy of Sciences (2018-2019.). In 2019 he was awarded the academic title of associate Professor (HAC) in the specialty 08.00.05 ? Economics and national economy management.
