Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Management nameâ after S. Ordzhonikidze (1979),
candidate of economic sciences (1984). After graduation he worked in his scientific part, he
came to the post of head of the scientific laboratory. In 1998, he switched to teaching
at the Department of Problems of the Development of a Market Economy,
headed by academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Petrakov N.Ya. At the
department he worked in the posts of deputy, the head and assistant professor, and
then the professor. In 2014 he defended his doctoral dissertation. In MEI RAS he
works since 2015.
